1. The wires of the inverter control circuit should be strictly distinguished from the main circuit cable (power line) and placed separately. This effectively prevents the inverter's control circuit from being disturbed by harmonics in the inverter's main circuit.

2. The connection of the inverter should be separated from the terminals or contacts of other control circuits, so as to prevent high-voltage breakdown. Due to terminals such as faulty signals and multi-function contact output signals of the inverter, it is very likely to drive high-voltage AC contactors/relays.

3. In order to prevent the wrong operation caused by the disturbance signal, when wiring the low-power control loop of the inverter (such as the wire used by the sensor under the PID control function), the shielded wire and twisted pair with high-quality anti-disturbance ability should be selected. And it should be separated from the main circuit and the strong current circuit (including the 200V relay program circuit).

4. Take the wire length of the inverter control loop of 50m as the reference point (in some cases, the length is 100m, which is related to the decisive factors such as the wire cross-section, raw materials, signal strength and so on), once the wiring interval is higher than the length, the signal should be amplified with a relay circuit or relay.

5. When crimping the inverter to control the circuit wire, it is necessary to pay attention to the polarity of the analog signal to prevent the destruction of the electronic circuit of the inverter's auxiliary control due to the opposite polarity.

6. When the inverter is energized, the digital multimeter with the buzzer function file (the output voltage of this gear is higher than other gears) is disabled to carry out on/off measurement of the control circuit, the reason for this is to prevent the power in the digital multimeter from being transmitted to the inverter control terminal through the meter pen, resulting in malfunction and faults!

7. Because the frequency input signal of the control circuit is a small current, in order to prevent problems caused by poor contact when the node is input, two parallel nodes or twin nodes should be used for the small signal contact.

8. The wiring of the control loop is generally 0.3-0.75 square meters of cable.
