Common faults and solutions of vector inverter - Reynolds

The following faults may be encountered during the use of the inverter, please refer to the following methods for simple fault analysis:

1. No manifestation at power-on:

1) Use a multimeter to check whether the input power supply of the inverter is consistent with the rated voltage of the inverter, and check the cleaning problem.

2) Check whether the three-phase rectifier bridge is defective, if the rectifier bridge has been damaged, please seek to brush it off

2. The power supply air switch jumps off after powering on

1) Check whether there is a grounding or short circuit between the input power supplies, and there is a problem with cleaning.

2) Check whether the rectifier bridge has been broken, if it has been damaged, seek service.

3. The motor does not roll after the inverter runs

Check whether there is a balanced three-phase voltage output between U, V, and W. If so, check to see if the motor is damaged or stalled. If there is no problem, please check whether the motor parameters are set correctly.

If there is an output but the three phases are unbalanced, please seek service. If there is no output voltage, please seek service.

4. The power-on inverter appears normal, and the power supply air switch jumps off after operation:

1) Check whether the output inverter module is broken, if so, please seek service.

2) Check if there is a short circuit or grounding condition between the motor leads, and if so, please seek service. If the trip is occasionally presented and the distance between the point mobilization inverters is relatively long, the output communication reactor is considered.
