There are two types of inverter parking.
One form is called "free parking". As the name suggests, it is to quickly "power off" the motor, so that the motor can slide and park by its own inertial force (OFF2 parking);
The other form is called "brake parking". Then there are many ways to "brake parking". For example, OFF1 parking is to brake according to a certain slope deceleration, or OFF3 "emergency braking" parking (parking can only be done according to the extreme braking of the motor).
Second, the braking and parking methods are: DC braking (that is, the electricity is given into a certain direct current); power braking (energy dissipation with resistors); hybrid braking (DC braking + power braking); Regenerative braking (injecting generating current into the grid); Mechanical braking of the brake.
Parking is divided into ramp wave parking and free parking (fast parking is also ramp wave parking, only the ramp wave is steeper).
Braking also includes mechanical braking (such as brake brake), energy consumption braking (braking resistance, reverse braking, DC braking, etc.), feedback braking, etc. Whether braking is required is related to the motor operating state, and when the required parking time is less than the free parking time, braking is required to be used when the oblique wave is parked; There are times when braking is also required for the normal operation of the motor, such as when the hook is lowered.
In the drive system composed of power grid, inverter, motor and load, energy can be transmitted in both directions. When the motor is in the form of motor operation, the electric energy is transmitted from the power grid to the motor through the inverter, and is converted into mechanical energy to drive the load, so the load has kinetic energy or potential energy; When the load releases these energies in order to change the state of motion, the motor is driven by the load and enters the generator operation form, converting the mechanical energy into electrical energy and reacting to the front-stage inverter. This reactive energy, known as regenerative braking energy, can be reacted back to the grid by the inverter, perhaps in the braking resistor on the inverter's DC bus (energy braking).
When braking energy occurs
1. The process of lowering the heavy objects of the lifting equipment
2. Rapid deceleration process of large inertial load

Parameter setting of acceleration and deceleration time of Reynolds universal inverter
The acceleration time of the Reynolds inverter is the time required for the output frequency to rise from 0 to the high frequency, and the deceleration time is the time required to decrease from the high frequency to 0. Generally, the frequency converter uses the frequency setting signal to rise and fall to confirm the acceleration and deceleration time. The rise of the frequency setting must be limited when the motor accelerates.

Inverter maintenance and undervoltage fault handling - Reynolds
In the repair of the inverter, we often hear about overpressure problems, but underpressure problems are also common problems encountered in the use of inverters. The reason is that the main circuit voltage is lower than the lower limit caused by the maintenance action or the damage of a rectifier bridge or the instantaneous power failure of the power grid, and the input is flat. Inverter after-sales ...

How to determine the frequency of start-up – Reynolds
Generally, most motors start to speed up from 0Hz, but in some special cases, it is necessary to start directly from a certain frequency. At this time, the frequency output of the VFD at the moment of activation is the activation frequency. In general, you need to set the activation frequency in the following situations.

Reynolds inverter frequency
That is, the upper and lower amplitudes of the output frequency of the inverter. Frequency is a maintenance function to avoid misoperation or failure of the external frequency setting signal source, which causes the output frequency to be too high or too low, so as to prevent damage to the equipment. You can set it according to the actual situation in the app. This function can also be used as a speed limit, so that ...

AC servo motor with inverter control method - Reynolds
Because the inverter and servo are different in performance and function, and the use is not very different, it is not possible:
1) In the case of speed control and torque control, the general frequency converter is not very high, and there are also frequency converters that are used to react signals in the upper position to form a closed loop.

How long is the cable between the inverter and the motor allowed - Reynolds
The voltage waveform output by the inverter is only similar to a sine wave, but not a real sine wave, and its waveform contains a large number of harmonic components.
As we all know, the higher harmonics will increase the output current of the inverter, causing the motor winding to heat up.
