The high-voltage inverter has been designed with the safety of the user in mind. However, due to the energy storage capacitor installed inside the power unit of the inverter, it may still carry a high voltage after disconnecting the power supply, and some parts generate a lot of heat, so contact is prohibited. When working on or near the inverter, please follow the following rules:

It is necessary to strictly follow the correct operating procedures before any protection or maintenance work is carried out;

After acknowledging that the inverter has been powered off and cooled, the inverter can be protected and overhauled;

When carrying out equipment installation and electrical wiring, it is necessary to follow national standards and industry standards.

Turn off the input circuit breaker switch and there is still voltage in the cabinet in the future, check and admit that there is no voltage before operating;

The instrument used should meet the requirements of withstand voltage, and insist that the shell of the instrument is well grounded;

Be very careful when measuring the components in the cabinet, and prohibit the watch rods from touching each other or touching other terminals;

Only professional and technical personnel are capable of installing, overhauling and protecting the inverter;

It is forbidden to replace or dismantle the overhead fan without turning off the control power supply.

Pay attention

It is forbidden to disconnect the control cabinet control power supply when the high-voltage power supply is provided;

It is forbidden to store flammable materials in high-voltage cabinets, on cabinets and adjacent to them, including equipment drawings and manuals;

When transporting the inverter over long distances, please use a flat cart to transport the inverter, and ensure that the base of the inverter is horizontal; In case of rain and snow, please do a good job of satisfying the rain and snow prevention methods before transporting, such as using linoleum cloth to wrap the inverter;

When improving the inverter, it is necessary to ensure that the crane, the lifting rope and the crane have a satisfactory tonnage;
