Conventional domestic travel switch
LX19-001/111 in the LX19 series, LXK3-20S/T in the LXK3 series, JLXK1 series JLXK1-111/411/511 in the conventional travel switch are the most representative, these products have the advantages of simple structure, practical function and low price, and are favored by the majority of users.
Inlet travel switch
Imported travel switches WL series, HL series, D4V series, SZL-WL series are the most representative, such products have fine workmanship, superior performance, and more outstanding performance in extreme environments, which has won a large number of fans, but the high price also makes many users staggered
High temperature resistant travel switch
The most influential among the domestic high-temperature travel switches is the YNTH series high-temperature travel switches, which are generally used in steel mills. YNTH travel switch can work normally in a high temperature environment, the maximum working temperature is 350 degrees, the temperature of the working environment increases, the life of the product will decrease accordingly, more than 300 degrees to reduce the workload of the switch to ensure the life of the product. This series of travel switches have low price and stable performance, and have won unanimous praise from our customers.
Waterproof travel switch
Among the domestic waterproof travel switches, the YNFS (TZ) series is more prominent. YNFS travel switches have the characteristics of small size, high sensitivity, strong sealing, oil resistance and corrosion resistance, and the most amazing thing is that this kind of travel switch can be placed in water to work in the dust.
According to its structure, the travel switch can be divided into direct-acting, roller-acting, micro-acting and combined.
Direct-acting travel switch
The principle of action is similar to that of a button, except that one is manual and the other is collided by a bumper of moving parts. When the collision block on the external moving parts touches the button to make the contact action, when the moving parts leave, under the action of the spring, the contact automatically resets.
Its structural principle is shown in Figure F1, and its action principle is the same as that of the button switch, but the opening and closing speed of its contacts depends on the running speed of the production machinery, and it is not suitable for use in places where the speed is less than 0.4m/min. When the operating speed is less than 0.4m/min, the speed of contact breaking will be slow, and the contact is susceptible to arc cautery.
Direct-acting travel switch is composed
1: Actuator 2&4: Spring 3: Dynamic breaking contact 5: Moving contact
Roller type travel switch
When the baffle (bumper) of the motion machinery is pressed on the roller of the travel switch, the transmission bar rotates together with the rotating shaft, so that the cam pushes the bumper, and when the bumper hits a certain position, the micro switch is pushed to act quickly. When the stopper on the roller is removed, the return spring resets the travel switch. This is a single-wheel automatic recovery type travel switch. The two-wheel rotary travel switch cannot be automatically restored, it relies on the movement of the machine to move in the opposite direction, the retaining iron hits another roller to restore it.
When the collider on the controlled machinery hits the striker bar with a roller, the striker bar turns to the right, drives the cam to rotate, pushes down the pushrod, and makes the contacts in the micro switch move rapidly. When the moving machinery returns, under the action of the return spring, the action parts of each part are reset.
Roller type travel switch composition
1: Roller 2: Upper swivel arm 3&5&11: Spring 4: Sleeve
6: Pulley 7: Pressing plate 8&9: Contact 10: Transverse plate
The roller travel switch is divided into a single roller automatic reset and a double roller (horn type) non-automatic reset type, and the double roller travel switch has two steady-state positions, which has a "memory" effect, and can simplify the circuit in some cases.
Microswitch type travel switch
The composition of the micro switch type travel switch, taking the commonly used LXW-11 series products as an example, its structural principle is shown in Figure F3:
1: Actuator 2: Spring 3: Moving contact 4: Moving breaking contact 5: Compression spring
By application
General purpose travel switches: such as JW2, JW2A, LX19, LX31, LXW5, 3SE3 and other series. It is mainly used for the limit and program control of machine tools and other production machinery and automatic production lines.
Travel switches for lifting equipment, such as LX22, LX33 series. It is mainly used to limit the stroke of lifting equipment and various metallurgical auxiliary machinery.
