(4) Winding inter-turn short circuit
Symptom:
(1) During operation, the temperature rises and there is a discharge sound;
(2) The high-voltage fuse is fused, and the secondary side voltmeter indication is unstable, high and low.
Causes of the problem:
(1) System overvoltage;
(2) Long-term overload operation;
(3) Aging insulation or poor manufacturing process.
(5) Winding disconnection
Fault phenomenon: During operation, there may be an arc at the disconnection point, there is a discharge sound and the voltmeter indication of the disconnected phase is reduced or zero.
Causes of the problem:
(1) Poor welding process;
(2) The mechanical strength is not good or the lead wire is unqualified, and the winding lead wire is broken.
(6) Winding interphase short circuit
Problem: The fuse on the high voltage side is blown off, the oil temperature increases sharply, and there is even smoke from the fuel injection.
Causes of the problem:
(1) Aging of winding insulation;
(2) The insulating oil is damp;
(7) Insulation breakdown of windings to ground
Problem: The high-voltage side fuse is continuously fused, and there may be a discharge sound.

(1) The winding insulation is aging or there are conductive debris in the winding;

(8) Discharge flashover between casings
Fault phenomenon: the fuse on the high voltage side is blown and the bushing flashover is discharged.
Causes of the problem:
(1) Mechanical damage occurs when the casing is subjected to external force;
