The larger the return difference, the less the relay actions, and the larger the return difference, the control accuracy will be reduced. 3. Advance setting (XMT201-E): Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner parameter setting state. The first parameter that appears and flashes is E00, that is, the advance amount of heating stop, the advance parameter should be carefully adjusted, in order to reduce the temperature overshoot, the instrument will cut off the heating in advance when controlling the heating output. When the temperature drops below the lead amount, the heating starts again, and the output (relay) does not operate within the range of the set value and the lead amount, so that the number of relay actions can be reduced to prolong the life of the relay. For example, if the setting value is 50.0°C and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay is released when the instrument controls the heating to 49.5.0°C, and the relay is engaged again when the temperature drops to 50.0°C-0.5°C=49.5°C. The larger the advance amount, the fewer the relay actions, and the excessive advance will reduce the control accuracy. With the actual control point as the center, the output heating ratio is evenly distributed from 0% to 100% in the P-value range. T: For the heating output cycle cycle, that is, the relay working cycle cycle, the T value is small and the control effect is good, but the T value is too small The relay will reduce the life due to frequent work. Generally, the T value is taken for 20-60 seconds.
