1. Support welding under the guidewire:

According to the direction of the movement of the buoy of the level gauge, determine the position at the bottom of the container, and fix the guide bracket (piece 1) under the welded or riveted steel wire

2. Install the guide rail joint.

(1) Draw the steel wire vigorously and fix it at the lower support, taking care not to bend or knot the steel wire, so as not to affect the lifting of the buoy.

(2) The guide wire passes through the guide wire hook of the buoy, penetrates the hook screw (piece 6), fixes the end of the wire rope and clamps it with a wire chuck, tightens the hook nut to make it in a fastened state, and then tightens the upper nut to avoid loosening, and then closes the cover.

(3) The two guide ropes should be perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other, ensuring that the spacing is 300mm.

3. Install the ruler.

When the user orders, according to the measurement range it provides, determine the length of the ruler, and the installation requirements:

(1) The connecting parts on the ruler should be straight, smooth and without protrusion, so as not to affect the normal operation of the hammer pointer or cause measurement errors.

(2) The ruler should be perpendicular to the surface of the liquid in the tank, and there should be no inclination, and the verticality of the ruler installation should not be greater than 5°, otherwise the hammer pointer will be stuck, resulting in measurement failure.

(3) When welding the ruler tripod (11), the mounting surface should be on the same plane as far as possible, and the mounting hole should be on the same straight line, that is, the scale surface of the ruler and the guide on both sides of the hammer pointer should be straight, so that the hammer pointer can be flexibly lifted in the horizontal direction of the ruler.

Note: The distance between the two ruler tripods is 1 meter.

4. Steel wire and hammer pointer for pontoon connection:

One end of the pontoon and the connecting steel wire is clamped and fixed with a wire, and then the other end of the connecting steel wire is loaded into the two guide pulley boxes that are installed in advance, and is connected with the hammer pointer, and is clamped and fixed with a wire, and the guide pulley bracket is adjusted after zui, so that the connecting steel wire is perpendicular to the horizontal direction, so that the pontoon moves flexibly on the guide wire, has a light and slippery feeling, and has no stuck, twisted, skidding, skidding, slipping and other phenomena.
