Delta's server sends out an AL009 fault alarm code, check the server repair manual, and the fault code indicates that the fault is due to poor orientation control. The cause of the failure is that the server is too small in the azimuth error parameter setting, the gain value is too small, the servo torque constraint is too low, the servo motor load is too large, or the servo electronic gear ratio is set incorrectly. Detailed maintenance methods for Delta's servers: (1) Set the error parameters (P2-25) from the beginning to increase the azimuth control; (2) Set the gain parameters and torque constraint parameters from the beginning; (3) Lowering the servo motor load or replacing the large-capacity motor; (4) Adjust the electronic gear ratio parameter setting of the server.

When the orientation detector of Delta's server is abnormal, the main cause of such failures is the wrong connection of the orientation detector, loose and falling, poor contact, and damage to the detector. When repairing the server failure, check whether the connection line is correct according to the servo manual; Check whether the joint between the servo drive and the azimuth detector is loose; Check whether the connecting line of the servo drive and the servo motor detector is loose and falling; The replacement method is used to determine whether the azimuth detector is damaged.

The primary reason for the abnormal azimuth calibration failure of Delta's server is that the analog input contact of the servo drive has not been correctly reset to zero, and the detection component of the servo drive is now damaged. The method of server repair is to measure whether the voltage alignment of the analog input node of the server is correctly grounded, and the server power reset to check whether the function of the detection component is defective
