DC governor is a kind of motor speed regulation equipment, including motor DC governor, pulse width DC governor, thyristor DC governor, etc. Generally, it is a modular DC motor governor, which integrates power supply, control and drive circuits, selects three-dimensional structure layout, selects micropower consumption components for control circuits, uses photocouplers to complete the barrier transformation of current and voltage, and adjusts the share constant, integration constant and differential constant of the circuit with a PID adapter. The governor is small in size and light in weight, and can be used alone or directly installed on the DC motor to form an integrated DC speed regulating motor, which can have all the functions that the governor should have.
1. Check the armature carbon brush, the length of the carbon brush, the contact surface and the elastic force are all suitable;
2. Check the reversing ring, the surface should be flat, no dents, no damage, and the groove should not be short-circuited by toner;
3. There is no problem with the coupling of the speed measurement reaction parts and the non-load measurement of the motor.
4. Check whether there is a problem with the motor gearbox, oil leakage, poor lubrication, and wear of the transmission organization, which may form an unstable load and make the governor adjust frequently.
If it is a simulated speed control system, it will be more difficult for general electrical repair personnel, but it is still necessary to deal with the following process:
1. Measure whether the excitation provided by the governor to the motor meets the requirements of the motor and is stable, generally it should be constant to ensure that the magnetic field is stable, which is a favorable condition for constant speed;
2. Measure the armature voltage to determine the scale of its change; (For a given, generally about 40% of the larger given)
3. Measure the reaction voltage of the tachogenerator under the above conditions;
4. Measure the current of the motor under the above conditions;
5. Observe the change of motor speed by artificially adding the motor load, if the load addition speed changes significantly, the IMAX should be increased; If there is no significant change, move on to the next step;
6. Adjust the reaction gain (increase or decrease to see if there is any change) If there is no change, return to the position before adjustment and enter the next step;
7. Adjust the share gain of the speed loop and integrate the capacitance to make the speed stable;
8. De novo setting the parameters of the current loop;
9. Test the scale at all settings and fine-tune to keep the speed stable in all speed sections and under any change in load;
10. Production test run to admit satisfaction with its process requirements. Complete the repair in accordance with the requirements, and adjust the parameters as needed.
