The linear motor driver ASDA-A2R is equipped with the ECML-S16/20/25/32 series of ironless spindle line motors, which give full play to the characteristics of linear motors such as high precision, high rigidity, high frequency, and no backlash, greatly improving the efficiency of the motion control system and expanding the mid-to-high-end all-round application field of the servo system. By optimizing the safety mechanism through the integration of driver and motor software and firmware, the driver, linear motor, optical ruler, and controller were previously combined by different manufacturers, which not only makes it difficult to optimize the performance, but also has no manufacturer to integrate and assist in the event of abnormalities, which is also the advantage of using Delta's system solutions.
Delta's ASDA-A2R linear motor driver not only converts encoder signals such as square wave or sine wave into a communication pattern dedicated to Delta's servo system through signal adapter box transfer (ASD-IF-EN0A20). The signal adapter box can finely cut the sine wave imitation signal into a high-resolution signal (magnified 2048 times), which greatly improves the resolution and anti-noise ability of system positioning. Superior performance, reliability and high stability are the important features of this series.
