High-density insulated plug bus slot (CMC). Poor moisture-proof and cooling effect. In terms of moisture resistance, moisture and water easily penetrate during the construction of the bus, so the upper insulation resistance decreases. The heat of the bus mainly depends on the shell, and due to the tight arrangement between the lines, the L2 and L3 phases dissipate heat slowly, resulting in a high temperature rise in the bus slot. The dense insulated plug busway is limited to the housing plate and can only produce horizontal sections of less than 3 meters. Since the air gap between the bus and the bus is very small, the bus will generate strong electric power when passing through a large current, resulting in a situation where the natural frequency overlaps and generates excessive noise.

High-strength closed bus slot (CFW). Its process manufacturing is not limited by the plate, the shell is made into a tile ball, the mechanical strength of the bus is added, and the horizontal section of the bus can be produced 13 meters long. Because the shell is made of tile ditch, the pit is deliberately separated from the bus fixed, there is an 18 mm gap between the bus ducts, the lines are well ventilated, the moisture-proof and cooling functions of the bus slots are significantly improved, and they are more accustomed to the southern climate. There is a certain interval between the wires, and the temperature of the wires rises and falls, which increases the overload capacity and reduces the natural vibration noise. However, it generates much larger drift currents and induced resistors than densely packed bus slots, so it is necessary to have a conductive row cross-section larger than a densely packed insulated plug bus slot compared to the specification.

The plug bus groove is a trunk system with the advantages of small size, compact structure, reliable operation, current transmission, power distribution and feeding, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption and dynamic thermal stability. It is widely used in high-rise buildings.

The advantage of the bus duct system is that the service life is longer than that of the cable, generally about 30-50 years. In order to maximize the service life of the bus slots, the bracket on the bus is also a need to consider. When the bus groove device is on the horizontal plane, the device bracket or the gantry bracket is generally used, and the device method of combining the tension spring bracket and the angle iron bracket is generally used on the shaft. When buying a large-capacity bus, it is necessary to carefully check the bracket boom and girder data, tension springs, loads, etc. Some unscrupulous enterprises have selected a lower number of angle irons as the bracket data, and as a result, the bus groove will sag and displace after a period of use, and if it is not repaired in time, safety accidents may occur.
