1. Preparations

2. Check the wiring. Verify the wiring of the internal and external control lines of the inverter, and if there is no problem, the power can be transmitted.
2. Before commissioning
(1) Bring the random panel to be safe, select the language type (Chinese) after sending the power and click to confirm.
(2) Record the nameplate of the motor and take the 110KW blower as an example; Motor power: 110KW, voltage 380V, frequency 50HZ
The number of revolutions is 1490r/min, and the rated current is 198.7A
3. Commissioning
1. Enter the 1.4 motor control menu and input the above nameplate information
2. Self-tuning. Note: During the self-tuning process, the on-site motor must be monitored to avoid misoperation. If you find that the motor is reversed, change the output phase sequence A-B-C or A-C-B in 1.4.
3. After the setting is over, enter the 1.3 menu and set the acceleration time and deceleration time to 80S. Low frequency 0Hz High frequency 50Hz.
4. Then enter the 1.5 menu to set the input and output parameters. The settings are as follows:
2/3 Wire Control is set to 2 Wire Control AO1 Allocation is set to Motor Frequency;
5. AO1 type is set to current. AO1 * small 4mA * large 20mA.
AI2 is set to current: AI2 AI2 * small 4mA * large 20mA.
6. Command Menu

7. App menu

8. Fault Management
Fault reset is set to 190V without setting the undervoltage fault voltage.
After setting all the parameters, you can start the car.
4. Description
1. During the operation of the motor, it can enter the 1.2 monitoring menu to observe various parameters (such as current, voltage, signal input, output, etc.).
2. As long as there is one channel at the AO point of this inverter, the frequency and current of the motor can only output one to the site and change it according to the specific situation.
3. The inverter only supports one given mode when regulating the speed, so it must be switched between the two given modes, and a local long-distance knob dry contact is generally connected between the 24V and LI5 terminals. When 24V and LI5 are powered up, the local operation box is useful, and long-distance control is useful when the power is off.
