With the emergence of thyristors, electrostatic induction transistors, high-voltage insulated gate bipolar thyristors and other components, electrical skills have changed with each passing day, and the speed regulation skills of the inverter have also been carried out.

To reduce the power loss, the voltage of the frequency is also changed accordingly, and this current value will greatly increase the electrical stress of the click winding and generate heat.

The frequency and voltage of the power frequency power supply are stable and constant, and the demand is directly connected to the motor.

The power frequency power supply of the inverter is generally 50Hz or 60Hz, whether it is in the household field or the production field, the frequency and voltage of the power frequency power supply are stable. The motor operating with the power frequency power supply may constitute a decrease in power when regulating the speed, and after the adjustment of the inverter, the motor can reduce the power loss when the speed is regulated.

There are many types of frequency conversion cabinets, which can be divided into general frequency converters, high-performance special frequency conversion cabinets, high-frequency frequency conversion cabinets, single-phase frequency conversion cabinets and three-phase frequency conversion cabinets according to the different uses of frequency converters. According to the operating principle of the inverter cabinet, it can be divided into V/f control inverter, slip frequency control inverter and vector control inverter.

The inverter cabinet can control the starting current of the motor: when the motor is directly started through the power frequency, it will generate 7-8 times the rated current of the motor. This current value will greatly increase the electrical stress of the clicking winding and generate heat. So as to reduce the life of the motor, and the frequency conversion speed regulation can be started at zero speed and zero voltage. Once a single frequency and voltage connection is established, the inverter can drive the load operation according to the V/F or vector control mode. The use of frequency conversion speed regulation can abundantly reduce the starting current and improve the bearing capacity of the winding. The most direct advantage of users is that the maintenance cost of the motor and high-voltage inverter will be further reduced, and the life of the motor will be increased accordingly.
