2. ifm controller CAN parameters: no initialization

If this option is enabled, the master will quickly run the node without transmitting the equipped SDO, however, the SDO data will be generated and stored in the controller.

3. ifm controller CAN parameters: node ID

The node ID is used to clearly identify the CAN module and corresponds to the number on the module set between 1 and 127.

This ID is entered in decimal and 1 is actively added after a new module is added.
