1. The correct installation method of the pressure sensor

(1) After appropriate instrumentation, verify the frequency response value of the pressure sensor under the conditions of general atmospheric pressure and standard temperature.

(2) Verify the correctness of the code of the pressure sensor and the corresponding frequency response signal.

2. Check the detailed location of the device

In order to confirm the number of the pressure sensor and the detailed device location, it is necessary to consider each section of the inflatable net.

(1) The pressure sensor must be installed along the cable, and the most important device is at the cable connector.

(2) Each cable is equipped with no less than 4 pressure sensors, close to the two pressure sensors of the telephone office, and the distance between them should not be 200m.

(3) One at the beginning and one at the end of each cable.

(4) Each cable should be equipped with 1 branch point, if the two branch points are close to each other (less than 100m), only 1 can be installed.

(5) 1 should be installed at the alteration of the cable laying method (overhead and underground).

(6) For cables without branches, the distance between the devices of the pressure sensor is not more than 500m, and the total number of them is not less than 4.

(7) In order to facilitate the confirmation of the pressure sensor fault, in addition to the starting point of the pressure sensor, 150-200m away from the starting point, but also to install another 1 Of course, in the design, we must consider the economic and technical elements, in the local area where the pressure sensor is not required, the device should not be used.

Check the scale

If the size of the device hole is not suitable, the threaded part of the high-temperature melt pressure sensor will be easily worn during the installation process, which will not only affect the sealing performance of the device, but also make the sensor unable to function adequately, and may even cause potential safety hazards. As long as the device hole is suitable to avoid thread wear (thread industry standard 1/2-20UNF2B), the device hole can generally be detected with a device hole measuring instrument to make appropriate adjustments.
