The differential pressure transmitter is a transmitter that measures the pressure difference between the two ends of the transmitter, and outputs a standard signal (such as 4-20mA, 1-5V). The double-flange level transmitter is a pressure sensor assembly designed to prevent the medium in the pipe from entering the transmitter directly, and is connected to the transmitter by a capillary filled with fluid. It is used to measure the pressure of liquids and gases, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal output. Double flange level transmitter is also called double flange transmitter or double flange level gauge, Wangwen Shengyi must have two flanges, and the single flange level transmitter is still a little different.

Flanged level transmitters often require special environmental process treatment at the time of production, requiring small measuring range and high precision, as well as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high overload bearing capacity of flanged level transmitters. Therefore, the scope of application must be clear when selecting the flanged level transmitter. When choosing a flanged level transmitter, the following factors should be considered:

1. Measure the object, such as the physical and chemical properties of the measured medium, as well as the working pressure and temperature, device conditions, the speed of liquid level change, etc.;

2. Measurement and control requirements, such as measurement range, measurement accuracy, display method, on-site indication, long-distance indication, interface with computer, safety and anti-corrosion, reliability and construction convenience.

A very important element should be paid special attention to when selecting a double flange level transmitter, which is the differential pressure level transmitter, which is installed at the bottom of the liquid container and reflects the height of the liquid level through the gauge pressure signal. In the control process of liquid level measurement in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, the container containing the liquid is often under pressure, and the conventional hydrostatic level transmitter can not meet the measurement requirements at this moment, due to the improvement of the sensor circuit and structure, the practical value of differential pressure level measurement technology in the pharmaceutical and food industries has been improved.
