1. The starting time is different: light load generally refers to the small inertia of the equipment load, and the energy storage balance time of the demand for start-up is short, that is, the starting time is short. Heavy load generally refers to the long time of energy storage balance when the equipment load inertia is large and needs to be turned on, that is, the time of start-up.

2. The requirements for working current are different: heavy load and light load refer to the nature of the load, as for the inverter according to the heavy load or according to the light load selection, we mainly look at the load carried by the inverter is heavy load/light load, the heavy load type is larger than the light load type by a current level, which means that the capacity of the inverter should be increased; Light load corresponds to the motor according to the nominal power of the inverter.

3. The output method is different: heavy-duty equipment needs to maintain a large current, so the starting time will be longer, and the inverter is required to continuously output a large current, and the light-load equipment needs to maintain a large current to start a shorter time, and the inverter is required to continuously output a large current.
