The output of the soft engine is a slippery step-up process (with current limiting function), until the thyristor is fully conducted, and the motor works under the additional voltage, at this time, the bypass contactor can be turned on, and the additional working current is turned through the bypass branch to flow, and the motor enters steady-state operation; When the machine is stopped, the bypass contactor is intercepted first, and the operation of the soft engine is rehabilitated, and the conduction angle of the thyristor in the soft engine is gradually reduced from large, so that the power supply voltage of the motor is gradually reduced, and the motor speed is gradually reduced from large to zero, and the parking process is completed.
