Methods to reduce the interference of Schneider inverters themselves

When there are high-frequency impact loads such as welding machines, electroplating power supplies, electrolytic power supplies, or slip ring power supply near the power supply system of Schneider inverter, the inverter itself is simply protected due to interference. It is recommended that users choose the following methods:

                               Methods to reduce the interference of Schneider inverters themselves

(1) Add inductors and capacitors on the input side of Schneider inverter to form an LC filtering network

(2) The power cord of the Schneider inverter is supplied directly from the transformer side.

(3) In the case of conditional consent, a separate transformer can be selected.

(4) When the external switching control terminal is selected, when the connection line is long, it is advocated to use shielded cables. When the control line and the main circuit power supply are buried in the trench, in addition to the control line it is necessary to choose a shielded cable, the main circuit line must be shielded with steel pipe to reduce mutual interference and prevent the malfunction of the inverter.

(5) When the external analog control terminal is selected, if the connection line is within 1M, the shielded cable is selected, and the inverter side can be grounded at one point; If the line is long and the field interference is serious, it is recommended to install a DC/DC barrier module on the inverter side or choose to control it in a given form of frequency command through V/F conversion.

(6) When choosing the external communication control terminal control, it is advocated to use the shielded twisted pair and connect the shield layer on the inverter side to ground (PE), if the interference is very serious, it is advocated to connect the shield layer to the control power ground (GND). Regarding the RS232 communication method, pay attention to the control line as much as possible not to exceed 15m, if it is to be lengthened, it is necessary to reduce the communication baud rate, at about 100m, the baud rate that can communicate normally is less than 600bps. Regarding RS485 communication, it is also necessary to consider the terminal matching resistor, etc. Regarding the selection of high-speed control system of fieldbus, it is necessary to choose special cables for communication cables, and choose multi-point grounding methods to improve reliability.
