The color and number of SICK sensor wires are conveniently different. Some are six-wire sensors. However, the two sense lines are also connected to the sensor's book input signals E+ and E-, and we can ignore these two feedback lines or combine them into one. The color of each cable indicates what the wire does, and these are indicated on the label of the SICK sensor, the heat shrink sleeve, and the instruction manual.

3. If the resistance difference between any excitation line and the two signal lines is greater than 2Ω, the sensor will not be used again, and it will be judged to be damaged.
(Exceptions to special cases where it is greater than 1Ω can sometimes be adjusted by adjusting the zero point compensation.) Sensors that are chemically corroded, electrocuted, struck, or mechanically damaged will not meet the above characteristics.
The adhesive for sensor resistance strain gauge patch mainly uses two-component polymer epoxy series adhesives, and the physical and chemical indicators of polymer chemical products are closely related to the physical and chemical indicators of each component, such as purity, structure and size of molecular chains, storage time, ratio of components, molecular modification, mixing method, mixing and curing time, curing time, curing temperature, additives and percentages and other factors.
The wire material of the SICK sensor: The wire is still a part of the load cell, and the metal material of the load cell wire is due to the use of wires in household appliances. Every component of a SICK sensor influences the final technology of the sensor, some load cells are simply fixed to avoid the movement of the sensor wires and damage to the sensor's electronic circuitry, and some load cells with short conduction distances are even fixed by plastic seals.
