  Before the experiment.

When experimenters enter the laboratory, they should wear tools and take protective measures.

Prepare experiment-related equipment (welding masks, etc.) and consumables in advance.

Before the start of the experiment, check whether the shielding gas has gas and whether the power supply is normal.

Check whether the positive and negative electrodes of the weld are connected normally.

Turn on the Yaskawa robot chassis switch (from green area to red area) and turn on the welder. (The steering wheel can be reset incorrectly, and the welding machine is the same, check whether the connection has a spit line or air supply)

Check that the welding wire is working properly and that it can breathe normally.

When preparing for the experiment, please keep a distance of 3 meters from the robot to ensure safety.

Experiments.

Prepare the welding parameters (such as current), save the JOB model under the welding machine interface after the power is turned on, enter the interface in the parameter area on the left, enter the JOB project on the right, and make JOB corrections.

On the robot handle, click on the main menu, select other items under welding conditions, and check the JOB, corresponding to the JOB model.

Go back to the main menu, click on Programs, select Programs (to enter the programmed program), select New Programs, click on New Programs to enter the name, and click on the screen to execute to enter the new programs.

The compiler needs to turn on the servo and press the button on the back (tap to connect, press again to disconnect)

Select the coordinate system to adjust the pose joint coordinate system, Cartesian coordinate system).

The compiler must select the supplementary method, the safety point must select MOVJ, and the welding process must choose other supplementary methods such as MOVL.

After the experiment.

At the end of the experiment, the robot is returned to the origin or second origin.

Turn off the welding and robot motors, and turn off the power.

Keep a record of the experiment, lose used consumables and scrap, and remove the welded products.

Clean up the garbage around and keep the lab clean.

Clean the ground and clean up the welding waste residue.

When using Yaskawa welding robots, they must be used in accordance with the specifications. Otherwise, unpredictable hazards occur.
