The OTC robot body is equipped with a battery for absolute. Back up encoder data.

The life of the battery varies depending on the working environment, please replace the battery with a new one every two years. Otherwise, the coder data will be lost and the origin will need to be readjusted. Before replacing the operation, please back up the teaching data to prevent the loss of teaching programs or setting parameters.

Before replacing the OTC robot, please cut off the power supply of the robot.

The order in which the batteries are replaced.

(1) Check the battery service time, please replace the battery with a new one if it is more than 2 years.

(2) Remove the cover shown in a in Figure 2 (3 covers). Unplug the old battery and insert the new battery (remove the battery with a nylon card beforehand). Or the robot displays and replaces after checking the lithium battery information.
