After the inverter is installed, disconnect the output of the inverter, use the diode file of the digital meter to measure the input and output of the inverter before powering on to ensure that there is no short circuit, and then turn on the working power supply of the inverter, (pay attention to whether the working power supply voltage calibrated by the inverter is consistent with the external input voltage), and confirm whether the factory settings and working conditions of the parameters are in accordance with the conditions, such as the rated frequency of the motor, the input voltage, the type of analog input/output signal, etc., if these signals are consistent with the working conditions, These parameters can be left unset and left at the factory.

There are some parameters that need to be preset before commissioning, such as: external terminal operation, analog operation, substrate frequency, *high frequency, upper frequency, lower limit frequency, start-up time, braking time (and mode), thermal electronic protection, over-current protection, carrier frequency, stall protection and over-voltage protection, etc.

There are also some parameters that are adjusted according to the operation during the debugging process, such as working frequency, acceleration time, deceleration time, 1-stage speed, 2-stage speed, 3-stage speed, analog output ratio adjustment, etc.

After the inverter is set, connect the motor, start the motor, given the speed, it should operate normally, pay attention to whether the DC bus voltage, the output current of the inverter, torque, power and other data are normal.
