In the inverter problem, it is often encountered that the energized panel does not appear. Generally speaking, the problem of the inverter panel not showing up is usually caused by three parts, one is the poor contact of the contactor, the second is the control panel of the inverter, and the third is the damage of the power module that supplies power to the control panel. Just look at each of these three parts - you can see the problem. Let's analyze the maintenance examples of several inverter panels without visible problems

Case 1: The LED light of the HVDC power supply of the inverter is on, indicating that the HVDC power supply is normal. The low-voltage DC power supply was detected and found that there was no DC voltage, which was the phenomenon that the switching power supply circuit did not work. The next look found that the buck resistor between the connected HVDC terminal and the primary terminal of the pulse transformer was damaged and opened. The problem is recovered after replacing the buck resistor.

Case 2: Disassembly detection, measuring the IGBT module is normal, and it is found that the power supply circuit has significant traces of blackening, indicating that the switching power supply E has been burned out. The test switch tube K1317 is damaged, the Z1 diode IN4746 is open, the maintenance resistors R1, R8, 1R/1/2W are broken, and the LED light is also blown up, as long as the UC3844 is normal. Cause: Formed due to aging of the device. Replace MOS tube K1317, R1, R81R/1/2W, diode IN4746, inverter rehabilitation operation.

Case 3: The high-voltage DC supply of the inverter is normal, but there is no voltage on the inverter control circuit, which is attributed to the abnormal operation of the switching power supply circuit. The reason is that the output current of UC3844 is high after damage, which makes the switch on condition for a long time, and the switch is damaged due to long-term overcurrent. Return to work after replacement.

Case 4: After the inverter is energized, the panel is not visible, but the high-voltage LED indicator is on. Detect that there is no low-voltage DC power supply in the inverter, the open power supply is also normal, and the DC circuit does not find a short circuit, open circuit, and open circuit phenomenon, check the T1 voltage, find that the transformer is aging and damaged, and the problem is corrected after replacing the transformer.

Case 5: The high-voltage LED indicator of the inverter is on, and the LED indicator on the main control board is also on, which indicates that the switching power supply of the inverter is normal. The DC voltage on the motherboard and the main control board are also normal, the pulse oscillator detects the main control board, and finds that there is a chip HC245 with input voltage and signal, but no output signal, and the problem is corrected after replacing the chip HC245.
