(2) The insulation strength of the supporting porcelain bottle and the arc extinguishing chamber is reduced, and the discharge along the surface is formed.
(3) Foreign objects such as patent leather and rust slag in the pipeline may block the air port, causing the main circuit breaker to malfunction and causing the phenomenon of stuckness.
(4) If the foreign matter enters the arc extinguishing chamber, it may form poor contact of the main contact, so that the nonlinear resistance will be burned due to long-term energization, and in serious cases, the nonlinear resistance porcelain bottle will burst.
Therefore, an oil-water separator is installed on the inlet pipe of the main circuit breaker air storage cylinder, and there is a water drain valve at the lower part, and the water should be drained regularly during use and maintenance to insist on the cleanliness of the gas circuit.
2. Replace rubber parts regularly
The main circuit breaker is a kind of pneumatic and electrical complex structure, each component has high requirements for sealing performance, in order to ensure outstanding sealing performance, rubber parts should be replaced regularly.
3. Check the main components regularly
The status of the outstanding skills of each primary component should be reviewed regularly.
(1) Arc extinguisher
Regularly detect the overtravel of the main contact and the condition of the dynamic contact to restore the tension spring, and the dynamic and static contacts will be worn due to the conflict due to the division and merging frequency, resulting in the reduction of overtravel and the reduction of contact pressure. When the overtravel is reduced to a certain extent, the dynamic and static contacts should be replaced. When the deformation of the moving contact recovery tension spring exceeds a certain limit, it must be replaced in time.
(2) Nonlinear resistance
Adhere to the internal control and cleaning of nonlinear resistance porcelain bottles, excellent sealing, and regularly replace the desiccant in nonlinear resistance porcelain bottles. Detect the resistance value of the nonlinear resistor sheet, and when the resistance value changes beyond a certain limit, it must be replaced in time.
(3) Main valve
Check the size of the cooperation between the piston and the valve body regularly, and replace it in time if the size does not meet the requirements.
(4) Transmission air cylinder
Properly adjust the buffer of the transmission air cylinder to ensure that the disconnector operation is excellent. The accuracy of the cooperation between the piston and the cylinder block is checked regularly, and the parts are trimmed or replaced to ensure excellent operating performance.
(5) Ventilation plug door
The packing material in the plug door must be replaced regularly, and the ventilation volume of the plug door must be checked and adjusted to the agreed size.
