1. For example, the setting value of a thermal relay can be equal to 0.95-1.05 times the rated current of the motor, or the median setting current of a Schneider thermal relay can be equal to the rated current of the motor and then adjusted.

3. When Schneider thermal relays are used to maintain motors with repeated short-time working systems, Schneider thermal relays only have a certain range of adaptability. If there are many operations in a short period of time, a thermal relay with a speed saturation current transformer should be selected.

4. For special working motors with frequent forward and reverse rotation and on/off, Schneider thermal relay should not be used as an overload maintenance device, but should be maintained by a temperature relay or thermistor embedded in the motor winding.
