SoliMold series 110kV liquid-filled insulated composite sleeve terminal adopts three-layer sealing structure at the top and flexible sealing tube structure at the bottom, the rubber stress cone is pre-expanded, easy to install on site, and the pollution level is Class IV., which meets the use of special occasions. The material is made of imported silicone rubber molded stress cone, and the insulating medium is made of polyisobutylene with high molecular weight, high compressive strength and high cold resistance to ensure the excellent performance of the product in different use environments.
SoliMold series 110kV dry-type insulated GIS terminal products adopt a spring jacking structure, which can ensure that the interface of stress cone, cable and epoxy sleeve is more uniform and constant. The whole terminal of this series is a fully dry structure, without adding any insulation caster, and the long and short types share an epoxy bushing to increase the interchangeability, reliability and convenience of the product.
SoliMold series 110kV integral prefabricated rubber insulation/straight-through joints, the joint structure is compact, the internal creepage distance is long, the safety margin is large, the protective layer adopts high-strength, corrosion-resistant protective shell and waterproof insulation sealing structure, and the protective shell is injected with environmentally friendly and flame-retardant sealant, which can ensure the safe and stable operation of the joint in harsh environments for a long time.
