If the control of the inverter adopts closed-loop automatic control, the process parameters, such as flow, liquid level, pressure, temperature, etc. in the production process, must be converted into a signal of 4-20mA through the transmitter and conditioner, and sent to the signal input end of the inverter, so as to achieve the purpose of frequency conversion control. The frequency setting can be achieved by connecting an external frequency setting potentiometer.
The use of RP has its limitations. This is because the RP input is a voltage signal of 0-10V, and the voltage signal is disturbed more with the extension of the transmission interval. If the installation site is far away from the inverter, the accuracy of signal transmission cannot be ensured. In this case, the frequency signal can be set as follows: in the input terminals X1-X9, arbitrarily specify some two terminals, and set their data to "17" (increase instruction) and "18" (subtract instruction), so that when the signal (ON) is running, the set frequency can be increased/decreased with the input signal of the external contact.
Example: X1 is specified as the frequency increase command terminal; X2 is the frequency subtraction command terminal. The components in the dotted frame, namely the running and stop buttons SB1 and SB2, the frequency increase and decrease buttons SB3 and SB4, and the frequency meter P are all installed on the field operation column. The operating column can choose the explosion-proof frequency conversion speed regulating operating column produced by professional manufacturers. When using SB3, press and hold SB3, add the frequency, release the hand, and the frequency is fixed on a certain frequency value; In the same way, hold SB4, the frequency decreases, release the hand, and the frequency is fixed on another frequency value.
