                               Introduction to the principle of KUKA robots

Major Internal Safety Oversight :

Motor Supervision : The motor is overloaded with a temperature probe in the motor windings.

Voltage supervision: If the voltage is too high or too low beyond the promised size of the semiconductor amplifier, it will cause the servo drive module to shut down.

Temperature supervision: The temperature of the control cabinet (internal temperature) is supervised. Temperature out-of-scale will result in the shutdown of the control section.

Jog (Active Interrupt Function) :

All programs can be completed at reduced speeds in a manual, test run manner. The program can only be run if you hold down the "START" key. As soon as the "start" button is released, the robot aborts the action. You can only continue to run the job program by pressing the "start" key from the beginning.

Turn off the robot control system

When shutting down, the robot remains aborted and the robot control system shuts down. The robot control system actively backs up data.
