The correct wiring of the rail power supply

The rail-rail power supply is a kind of switching power supply that is installed through the rail-type device, which is mainly used to monitor the voltage, current, temperature and other different aspects of the equipment, so that it can play a good maintenance effect. This kind of switching power supply has a variety of different characteristics such as small size and light weight, and its working principle is to work through the AC connection rectification module.

                               The correct wiring of the rail power supply

Advantage:

4. Low-noise operation: low-noise design can reduce the interference to the surrounding environment;

5. The safety maintenance function is complete: overload can only be maintained for short circuit maintenance.

How is the rail power supply wired?

1. Block the power supply. Before replacing the socket, you need to block the power supply of the socket, and choose a new socket with a rated current of 20 amps of the same type (grounded or non-grounded) as the socket to be replaced.

2. Disassembly. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws from the socket and remove the cover, if the cover is not easy to remove, you can use a blade to remove the paint from the edge of the cover, and be careful to pry the cover. Then remove the screws that hold the wire box in place and remove the socket from the wire box. Loosen the screws holding the wire in place and carefully remove the wire.

3. Wiring. Connect the new socket to the wire and secure it with screws. Generally, the neutral line (blue) is connected to the direction of N, the front (yellow/red) is connected to the direction of L, and the ground wire (yellow and green) is connected to the direction of E. Tighten the screws after plugging in.

4. a device. Fold the socket and wire carefully into the wire box, press into the junction box, tighten the screws that hold the wire box tight, and pay attention to check whether the wire box is stable when installing. After that, fix the cover plate with screws and turn on the power supply.

5. Electricity inspection. For safety reasons, the replaced socket can be checked with a voltage detector. The electric tester touches each socket, and the bright front end is the negative pole (neutral line orientation), and the rear end is bright and positive (front direction). After the power is connected correctly, the left side facing the socket should be the neutral line, and the right side should be the front.
