1. Cooling fan
As a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the inverter, efficient and fast in-line cooling fans have become an indispensable conversion configuration of the inverter. Because of the wear of the internal bearings of the cooling fan and the influence of the objective factors of the reduction of the grease function in the process of use, the cooling ability of the fan is often greatly reduced, so the cooling fan should be replaced after 2-3 years.
2. Contactor/relay
As the equipment for the charging and control of the internal DC loop of the inverter (mostly seen in domestic inverter brands, foreign models are mostly replaced by thyristor slow charging circuits), and the contacts of contactors (high-power inverters) or relays (low-power inverters) often produce contact ablation, virtual connection and other faults after a period of use. Therefore, in order to achieve the intention of precaution, it is often necessary to replace the contactor or relay in about 2 years.
3. Electrolytic capacitors
The electrolytic capacitors of various capacities (most of which are aluminum electrolytic capacitors) that are responsible for the filtering effect of the DC bus of the inverter need to be replaced after 3-4 years due to the loss of electrolyte, high voltage impact, and the influence of environmental temperature and humidity with the increase of service time.
Fourth, the fuse
In the DC bus circuit of inverters of brands such as Inovance, ABB, and Sanpin, fuses are often used to protect against short circuits. With the extension of the application time, under the influence of high current impact and temperature factors, the function of the melt material will be degraded, resulting in undesirable problems in the inverter. For this reason, the fuse should be replaced every 7 years.
5. PCB circuit board
In fact, the PCB circuit board used inside the inverter, especially the switching power supply, voltage detection and other circuit parts always need to withstand high voltage, so the electrical insulation function of the circuit PCB board will be inversely proportional with the use of time, which is very unfortunate about the use of multi-layer PCB circuit board and a part of the inverter with poor workmanship. For this part, a 7-year replacement cycle should be used for this part of the circuit.
