How liquid expansion thermostats work
Liquid expansion thermostat is a physical phenomenon (volume change) that causes the material (usually liquid) in the temperature sensing part of the thermostat to expand or contract when the temperature of the controlled object changes, and the diaphragm box connected with the temperature sensing part expands or shrinks. With the principle of lever, the switch is driven to switch on and off, and the liquid expansion thermostat has the performance characteristics of accurate temperature control, stable and reliable, small temperature difference between start and stop, large scale of control and temperature control, and large overload current. Liquid expansion thermostats are mainly used in the home appliance industry, electric heating equipment, refrigeration industry and other temperature control occasions.
Precautions for the installation of liquid expansion thermostats
1. Each heating room should have at least one. 5. The liquid expansion thermostat is installed on the cassette, there should be no gaps around the box, the thermostat device should be upright, its panel should be close to the wall, and the thermostat should be wired according to the requirements of the manual.
