1. The indicated value is large (or out of range).

According to the investigation of our staff, this kind of problem often appears in the atmospheric pressure workshop. When we find that the counterweight of the float in the float level gauge is at a low point, the liquid level must be very high at this time, and the glass plate is inconsistent with the instrument indication, and the value is drunk. Of course, don't panic if there is a problem, and replacing the float in time can solve this kind of problem.

2. The float does not change with the liquid level and is in a high position

When we find this kind of situation, it is usually the problem of the float in the float level gauge, but it is not damaged, it may be caused by the float falling off. In this case, the staff only needs to check and reinstall the float in time.

There is also a situation, that is, because the customer's tank is made of magnetic metal, the float is too high in the case of rising liquid level, because there is a magnet in the float, and the coupling effect with the tank, the float is sucked, and in the process of the next liquid level drop, the float is always in, and the external performance is that the liquid level value does not change, and is always at a high point. In this case, the influence of the tank material on the float is not considered in the selection and production stage, and the remedy is to set up a fixed point clamp at the lower end of the float that is sucked, so as to achieve that the float cannot reach the position where it is sucked.

3. The indicated values are generally low

There are many reasons for this, and it can also be caused by the drop off of the float occasionally, as well as the breaking of the connecting rod between the floats, or damage to the hands or heads of the floats. Therefore, it is very important for us to carefully check when solving this problem.

For example, we need to check that the compression gauge is working properly; whether the float link can be twisted flexibly; Whether the pointer and meter head are damaged, if there is no problem, it should be a broken connecting rod, and the connecting rod can be replaced. However, if there is still a fault after replacement, there must be a loophole in the previous inspection, please check it again.

4. The transmitter of the float level gauge suddenly has no indication

When there is no abnormality in the measurement display, that is, the polarity is not reversed, and there is no power output on the current conversion side, it must be that the instrument head is damaged, and the staff can solve the problem by repairing or replacing the instrument head in time.
