The working principle of the thermostat: the main circuit of the power supply is directly connected to the heating device through the main contact of the AC contactor, the temperature sensor senses that the temperature at this time is lower than the set value, the total low conduction contactor coil is electrically engaged, the heating device starts to work, when the temperature reaches the set value, the sum of low disconnection is turned into total high conduction, the contactor coil loses power and the contact is reset, the heating stop temperature gradually decreases, when the temperature is lower than the set value, it becomes the total low conduction, and the heating begins to work in this cycle. There is a temperature "backdrop" in the middle, and most thermostats can set the temperature "back" range. Different brands of temperature controllers have slightly different parameters and setting methods, and the wiring method is subject to the wiring diagram on the manual and the thermostat.
There are three most important groups of contacts on the temperature controller: the power supply contact, the output contact of the relay and the contact of the temperature sensor. As shown in the figure above, the middle is the zero line and the phase is the live line, which is always the common end, the total height is normally closed, and the low is normally open. The output of this set of relays is passive and requires an external power supply to be used. 123 connected to the temperature sensor, the common two-wire thermocouple, generally the red line is the positive electrode, the blue line is the negative electrode, the positive and negative electrodes should not be mistaken.
