Don't panic when you encounter a problem with the pressure sensor, you should find a way to solve it, if the pressure rises, the transmitter output will not rise.

In this case, first look at the pressure sensor pressure interface to see if it is leaking or blocked; If not, check the connection form and power supply; If the power supply is normal, just pressurize to see if the output changes, or check if there is an output at the zero position of the sensor; If there is no change, the sensor is damaged, which may be due to damage to the instrument or other parts of the system.

Problems with pressure sensor seals

The pressure transmitter output does not change, and then the pressure transmitter output changes suddenly, and the pressure release transmitter zero position cannot go back, which may be a problem with the pressure sensor seal.

The contrast between the transmitter and the pointer gauge is significant

Error is normal, just admit the normal error range; A problem that tends to occur is the effect of the device position of the differential pressure transmitter on the zero output, because the measuring range of the differential pressure transmitter is small, and the sensor element in the transmitter affects the output of the differential pressure transmitter.

The output signal of the transmitter is unstable

The problem with this kind of problem is that it is a stressor. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, which is likely to be due to the weak anti-interference ability of the instrument or pressure sensor, the oscillation of the sensor itself is serious, and the sensor fails;

Normally, because the standard of the sealing ring is different, the sealing ring will be pressed into the pressure inlet of the sensor after tightening, blocking the sensor, and the pressure medium cannot enter when pressurized, but when the pressure is high, the sealing ring will suddenly turn over, and the pressure sensor will change due to pressure. The way to eliminate this problem is to remove the sensor and directly see if the zero level is normal. If the zero position is normal, replace the seal and try again.

When installing, the pressure-sensitive part of the transmitter should be axially straight with the direction of gravity, and after the device is fixed, the zero position of the transmitter should be adjusted to the standard value.
