Wiring method

The wiring method of various sensors is basically the same, and the pressure sensor generally has a two-wire system, a three-wire system, a four-wire system, and some five-wire systems.

The two-wire system of the pressure sensor is relatively simple, one wire is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, and the other wire is the signal line connected to the negative pole of the power supply through the instrument, which is the simplest. The three-wire system of the pressure sensor is based on the two-wire system, and this wire is directly connected to the negative pole of the power supply, which is a little more troublesome than the two-wire system. The four-wire pressure sensor must have two power inputs, and the other two are signal outputs. Most of the four-wire system is voltage output rather than 4-20mA output, and 4-20mA is called pressure transmitter, which is mostly made into a two-wire system. Some of the signal output of the pressure sensor is not expanded, and the full-scale output is only tens of millivolts, while some pressure sensors have an enlarged circuit inside, and the full-scale output is 0-2V. As for how to receive the display appearance, it depends on how large the range of the appearance is, if there is a gear suitable for the output signal, you can measure it directly, otherwise you need to add a signal adjustment circuit. Five-wire pressure sensors are not much different from four-wire systems, and there are fewer five-wire sensors on the market.

The right device

Generally, the damage of the high-temperature melt pressure sensor is caused by the improper orientation of its device, if the sensor is forcibly installed in a hole that is too small or an irregularly shaped hole, it is possible to form a sensational film of the sensor to be damaged by impact, select the appropriate tool to process the device hole, which is conducive to controlling the size of the device hole, and in addition, the appropriate device torque is conducive to forming a good seal, but if the device torque is too high, it will simply cause the slippage of the high-temperature melt pressure sensor, in order to avoid this phenomenon, In general, an anti-detachment compound is applied to the threaded part of the sensor device before it is installed.
