First, the pressure can go up, but the output of the transmitter can't go up

In this case, you should first check whether there is a leak in the pressure interface or it may be blocked, if you admit that there is not, then check whether the wiring method is wrong and check the power supply, if the power supply is normal, you should simply pressurize to see if the output has changed, or observe whether the zero position of the sensor has an output, assuming that it has not changed, the sensor has been damaged, otherwise it is the appearance of the damage or other links of the whole system.

Second, the problem of the sealing ring of the pressure sensor

The first pressurization, the transmitter output does not change, and the output of the pressurized transmitter suddenly changes, and the transmitter cannot return to the zero position after the pressure is relieved, which is likely to be a problem with the pressure sensor seal. It is common for the seal to be tightened and the seal is compressed into the sensor impasse port due to the size of the seal, which clogs the sensor. When pressurized, the pressure medium cannot enter, but when the pressure is high, the sealing ring is suddenly opened, and the pressure sensor is changed by pressure. The way to remove this problem is to remove the sensor and directly observe whether the zero position is normal, and if the zero position is normal, you can replace the sealing ring and try again.

3. The output signal of the transmitter is unstable

This problem can definitely be a problem with the stressor. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, most likely because the appearance or pressure sensor is not strong in terms of anti-interference, the sensor itself oscillates very strongly, or the sensor is damaged.

Fourth, the error of the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge is large

If this kind of error is a normal phenomenon, it is sufficient to recognize the normal error range; Finally, a common problem is the effect of the microdifferential pressure transmitter's mounting position on the zero output. Because of the small measuring range of the differential pressure transmitter, the sensing element in the transmitter affects the output of the differential pressure transmitter. When installing, the pressure sensor of the transmitter should be axial 90 degrees perpendicular to the direction of gravity, and remember to adjust the zero position of the transmitter to the specification value after installation and fixation.
