Easy-to-install sensor with long-service life electronic GMR unit – flush unit

  Cylinder sensors can be used with common C-slots, such as SMC cylinders. With a height of only 5 mm, flush units are particularly required by cylinder manufacturers for trough units as well as 2-wire connections.

  Long service life

  The sensor operates without touch and is simply wear-free. The service life is much longer than that of standard reed contact sensors. The sensor has a GMR unit (Giant Magnetoresistance) that detects magnets on the piston through the aluminum wall of the cylinder. This saves expensive repair costs and reduces downtime.
