When it is required to wiring outside the frequency conversion cabinet, it is generally necessary to use the conduit for wiring, which requires suitable mechanical pressure and unsuitable mechanical damage, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant. Conduits include the following two wiring methods:

1. Metal hose wiring:

Metal hose wiring is suitable for the connection between various electrical appliances or equipment belonging to the production machinery itself. The standard of the hose is confirmed according to the total section of the pipe conductor, and there are joints at both ends of the hose to ensure the connection; When laying, the central part should be fixed with a suitable pipe clamp; Do not use damaged or defective hoses.

2. Iron pipe wiring:

Attention should be paid to the following matters in the wiring of iron pipes.

(1) The type and diameter of the iron pipe should be selected according to the occasion of application, the cross-sectional area of the wire and the number of wires, and 40% of the pipe should be left.

(2) When laying the catheter, try to make the interval as short as possible and the least twists and turns. When it is necessary to bend, the bending radius should be greater than 4 - 6 times the diameter of the pipe. There should be no cracks after twists and turns. When the pipeline is out of the ground, the height from the ground should be more than 0.2m

(3) The wires of the same voltage level or the same circuit can be worn in the same conduit, and the wires in the conduit are not allowed to have joints, nor are they allowed to have wires repaired after insulation damage.

(4) When laying the catheter, first remove the debris and water in the catheter; The line pipe laid in the tooling should be horizontal and straight, and can be supported by pipe clamps if necessary. When threading conduit, a 1.2 mm diameter conductor can be used as a lead.

(5) The iron wire should be firmly grounded and maintained at zero connection.
