First, the inverter is not repaired and the power test is tested
(1) Inverter repair test rectifier circuit
At the two ends of the inverter to detect the internal DC power supply, P and N ends, the multimeter is adjusted to the resistance RX10 block, the red watch pen is connected to the P end, and the black watch pen is connected to R, S, T, there are tens of ohms of resistance in normal times, and the basic balance, on the contrary, the black watch pen is connected to the P end, and the red watch pen is connected to R, S, T, there is a resistance value close to infinity, the red watch pen is connected to the N end, and the above process is repeated, and the results are common.
If there are the following three results, it can be determined that the inverter repair circuit has been abnormal. (1) The resistance value of the three-phase is unbalanced, which indicates that there is something wrong with the rectifier bridge. (2) When the red watch pen is connected to the P terminal or the black watch pen is connected to the N terminal, the resistance is infinite, and the rectifier bridge or dynamic resistance can be determined. (3) When the red watch pen is connected to the P terminal or the black watch pen is connected to the N terminal, the resistance is close to zero, and the rectifier bridge short circuit fault can be determined.
(2) Inverter repair test inverter circuit
Connect the red watch pen to the P end, and the black watch pen should be separated from the U, V, and W, there should be a resistance value of tens of ohms, and the resistance value of each phase is similar, and the reverse phase should be infinity, and the black watch pen should be connected to the N end, and the above process should be repeated to obtain common results, otherwise it can be determined that there is something wrong with the road change module.
Second, the inverter repair and power-on test status
After the uncharged test, the rectifier circuit and the inverter circuit have no problems, and then the inverter repair is powered on the test, and the following points must be paid attention to before and after power-on:
(1) Before powering on, you must confirm whether the input voltage is wrong, and the 380V power supply will be exposed to the input voltage 220V transformer by mistake.
(2) Check whether the plug-in interfaces of the inverter repair have been correctly connected, whether the connection is loose, and the abnormal connection may sometimes cause the converter to show faults, and in serious cases, it will show the situation of blowing up.
(3) After powering on, detect the content of the fault, and preliminarily determine the fault and the cause.
(4) If there is no problem, first check whether the parameters are abnormal, and after the parameters are restored, start the inverter under the condition of no load (not connected to the motor), and test the output voltage value of U, V and W If the three-phase output voltage value shows lack of phase, three-phase unbalance, etc., there is something wrong with the module or drive board.
(5) Under the condition that the output voltage is normal (no phase loss, three-phase balance), the negative test should be a full load test as much as possible.
