4) After testing, the actual power of the motor does have a surplus, and the inverter with a power less than the power of the motor can be considered, but it is necessary to pay attention to whether the instantaneous peak current will form an overcurrent maintenance action.
5) When the power of the inverter and the motor are not together, it is necessary to adjust the setting of the energy-saving program accordingly to achieve a higher energy-saving effect.
Second, the selection of the inverter box structure
The box structure of the inverter should be adapted to the environmental conditions, that is, it is necessary to consider factors such as temperature, humidity, dust, pH, and corrosive gases. There are several common types of structures that users can choose from:
1) The open IPOO type has no chassis by itself, and is suitable for the screen, plate and rack installed in the electric control box or electrical room, especially when multiple inverters are used in a centralized manner, this type is better to choose, but the environmental conditions are higher;
2) Closed IP20 type is suitable for general use, and can have a small amount of dust or a small amount of temperature and humidity;
3) Sealed IP45 type, suitable for poor industrial site conditions;
4) Closed IP65 type is suitable for occasions with poor environmental conditions, water, dust and corrosive gases.
