  Before installing

When unpacking, it is found that the machine has water or left water traces, indicating that the inverter has been flooded, so please do not install and use it.

When unpacking, if you find that the machine is damaged and deformed or the parts are missing, please do not install and use it, otherwise there is a risk of failure expansion and personal injury.

Do not directly touch the control terminals, printed circuit boards, and inverter parts inside the inverter with your hands.

When the product packing list does not match the actual product, please do not install and use.

Do not use when the specifications on the product nameplate do not match the requirements of your order.

At the time of installation.

The installation work must be carried out by professionally qualified personnel, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

The inverter must be installed on metal or other flame retardant materials, away from combustibles, otherwise it may cause a fire.

Please assemble and tighten the set screws of the inverter as specified, otherwise it may cause the machine to fall and be damaged.

The inverter should not be installed in an environment containing explosive gases, otherwise there is a risk of explosion.

When handling the device, place it gently to avoid damage to the feet or the drive.

The inverter should be installed in a place with low vibration, no water droplets, and avoid direct sunlight.

When the inverter is installed in the cabinet, especially if more than two inverters are installed in one cabinet at the same time, please pay attention to the installation position and do a good job of ventilation and heat dissipation, otherwise it may lead to product failure or damage.

Do not drop the wire heads, screws, or drilling residues inside the inverter during installation work, as this may cause damage to the product.

When wiring.

Wiring operations must be professionally qualified, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock or product damage.

The wiring must be carried out in strict accordance with this manual, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock or damage to the product.

Before power distribution work, it must be confirmed that the input power supply is completely disconnected, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

The wires, circuit breakers, contactors, etc. used must be selected according to the requirements of the manual to select national standard products.

The inverter must be reliably grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

Strictly follow the screen printing wiring on the inverter, and prohibit reverse input and output, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.

The terminal signal lines of the inverter should be as far away from the power line as possible, and should be vertically crossed if the distance cannot be guaranteed, otherwise the signal will be interfered with.

When wiring the drive, make sure all terminal screws are tight, otherwise the product may be damaged.

Encoders, sensors, etc. must use shielded wires, and the shielding layer must be reliably grounded.

When powered on.

After the wiring of the inverter is completed and confirmed to be correct, the power can only be turned on if the cover plate is covered.

It is strictly forbidden to open the cover plate after the power is on, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

When the inverter is running, make sure that the equipment is within the operating range, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.

Non-professional technicians are forbidden to test the signal in the operating state, otherwise it will cause personal injury and product damage.

It is forbidden to change the parameters of the frequency converter at will, otherwise the product will be damaged.
