The outer float level gauge itself is equipped with a measuring cylinder, and the measuring cylinder is connected to the side of the container of the measured liquid through the interface flange up and down to form a communicator of equal liquid level, and the float is suspended in the center of the measuring cylinder through the torsion rod and connecting steel wire at the top.
Second, the structure of the pontoon level gauge
The float level gauge is mainly composed of the following parts: float, connector (steel wire, fixing card), torsion bar, torque sensing transmitter and measuring cylinder (outer float) and other surface accessories.
The pontoon is a metal pipe with a thick wall that is welded at both ends, and an interface ring is left at one end for the upper end of the pontoon.
The connecting wire is a stainless steel strip with good toughness and reduced toughness, one end is connected and fixed on the pontoon pull ring, and one end is fixed on the fixed card of the torsion bar, which connects the pontoon and the torsion rod, and is a soft conduction component of force.
The torsion bar is a mechanical torsion arm that converts the tension generated by the interaction between the gravity of the pontoon and the buoyancy of the liquid on the connecting wire into a shaft displacement that rotates around the shaft.
The torque sensing transmitter detects and converts the shaft displacement on the torsion bar arm, and then calculates and compares it with the internal program parameters of the transmitter to calculate the liquid level height at this time, and displays and outputs the standard current signal for remote transmission. Liquid level detection is realized.
