1. Electromagnetic induction (refers to the coupling of magnetism). There is a strong alternating magnetic field in the surrounding space of high-power transformers, AC motors, strong current power grids, etc., and the closed loop formed by the control system (detection, transmission, conversion, regulation, calculation, execution, auxiliary, display and other units) will be induced in this changing magnetic field, so that the connection wire between the signal source and the instrument, and the wiring inside the instrument will form interference in the circuit through magnetic coupling. This electromagnetically induced potential is connected in series with the desired signal, and the interference is more prominent when the signal source is far away from the display instrument. In addition, equipment such as high-frequency generators and motors with commutators can also generate high-frequency interference.
2. Electrostatic induction (refers to the coupling of electricity). Electrostatic induction is the result of the interaction of two electric fields. If the potential of one of the two wires changes, the potential of the other wire also changes due to the change of capacitance between the wires, and the interference source forms interference in the loop with capacitive coupling.
3. Additional thermoelectric and chemical potentials. Due to the thermoelectric potential generated by different metals and the chemical electric potential generated by metal corrosion, DC electrical interference is formed in the circuit circuit.
4. Vibration. In a highly vibrating environment, the wire generates an induced electric potential due to its motion in the magnetic field, and this interference is connected in series with the signal and enters the instrument in the form of serial mode interference.
5. Interference introduced by different ground potentials. In the vicinity of high-power electrical equipment, when the insulation performance of the equipment is poor, the introduction of the potential difference of different ground potentials forms interference, and in the use of the instrument, there are often more than two connection points at the input end, so that the potential difference of different grounding points is introduced into the instrument in the form of common-mode interference, and this interference appears on the two signal lines at the same time.
6. The signal source is an unbalanced bridge. When the bridge power supply is grounded, in addition to the unbalanced voltage (i.e., the signal voltage) on the diagonal of the bridge, both signal lines have a common mode interference voltage to ground. Although common-mode interference does not superimpose with the signal and does not directly affect the instrument, it can directly act on the instrument (or amplifier) through the measurement system to form a leakage current to the ground, and through the coupling of resistors, it can directly act on the instrument (or amplifier) to produce interference.
7. In addition to acting on analog circuits, some pulse-like interference voltages can sometimes directly enter digital circuits to give interference, and the sources of these interference voltages are inductive loads such as switches, motors, relays, and machines that produce discharges.

RLC thermostat - common faults and solutions of intelligent temperature controllers
1. Heating for a period of time, the temperature does not change. Displays the ambient temperature of the site at all times (e.g. room temperature 25°C)
In case of such failures, first check whether the SV value setting value is set, whether the instrument OUT indicator is lit, and whether the No. 3 and 4 terminals of the "multimeter" measuring instrument have 12VDC output.

What are the solutions to the failure of the RRKC thermostat - the sudden thermostat?
1. The cleanliness and finish of the contact surface have a great impact on the working condition of the contact. When the surface of the contact is rough or there is excess material on the contact, it is easy to cause arcing and reduce the life of the contact. Therefore, the parts cleaning process should be improved to eliminate excess materials; Increasing the process of screening excess materials, ...
