First, the selection method

(1) Choose the appearance with insulation device. According to the type and use of the appearance and the geographical location of the proposed installation, the thermal insulation and antifreeze requirements of the appearance are proposed, and then submitted to the manufacturer for processing.

(2) When selecting the model, the first consideration is generally the practicability and economy of the appearance, which refers to the convenience of maintenance, accurate measurement, and the economy is cheap to put it bluntly. The two should be combined with each other, and mass flow meters, metal rotors, electric targets, etc. cannot be used only for convenience and protection. Therefore, correct selection is also a way to prevent freezing and condensation. In addition, the appearance of the device should be fully considered for anti-freezing and anti-condensation, such as the impulse pipe is as short as possible, the sewage discharge should be inspected frequently, and the heat tracing should be facilitated, otherwise no matter how good the selection is, it will not work.

Second, the insulation method

According to the characteristics of the surface equipment of the instrument, select the appropriate insulation material, wrap the parts of the surface equipment of the instrument that are easy to freeze or afraid of freezing, and check it from time to time to avoid damage to the insulation material.

3. Heat tracing method

Use pipe steam heating to keep warm, and check whether the insulation pipeline is dredged in time to prevent pipe blockage. Adjust the amount of heat preservation steam according to the change of weather temperature to prevent the temperature from being too high or too low to affect the operation of the equipment.

Fourth, protection measures

The surface equipment of the instrument should be installed or stored in a boring place without the influence of rain and snow. Alarm devices can be installed according to the conditions to find problems and remediate.

The equipment protection personnel should regularly check the equipment on the surface of the instrument. Check whether the insulation pipeline valve is normal, whether the incubator is normal, whether the electric heating power supply components are normal, etc., check the key points of the surface equipment of the easy-to-freeze instrument and make relevant records. Together, the surface equipment of the instrument and its thermal insulation and anti-freezing methods are protected and maintained in a boring, intact and clean manner, and the problems generated on the site are solved in a timely manner.

In winter, it is very important to prevent freezing on the surface of the instrument, and many institutions, such as power plants and chemical plants, should formulate corresponding prevention methods and systems.
