To prevent static electricity, do not wipe with a dry cloth. Hollow wrists, if necessary, wash as needed to prevent dust and particulate build-up, clean with lint-free cloths, and add a small amount of petroleum jelly or a similar substance to the wrist surface after cleaning to facilitate future cleaning.

(2) The inspection of the manipulator includes checking whether the bolts are loose and slippery, whether the parts that are easy to loosen and detach are normal, whether the speed change is complete, whether the operating system safety maintenance, safety devices, etc. are flexible and reliable; Check whether the equipment is corroded, smashed, pulled away and leaked, water, electricity and other phenomena, and the surrounding ground is clean and regular, free of oil stains and sundries; Check the lubrication situation, and add qualitative and quantitative lubricating oil at regular and fixed points

(3) The axle brake test of the KUKA KUKA robot is to determine whether the brakes are working properly, and it is necessary to test them because the brakes of each axis motor will wear normally during operation. The test method is as follows: a. Run the manipulator shaft to the corresponding position, and the total weight of the manipulator and all loads at the position reach the maximum value (maximum static load); b. Power off of the motor; c. Check to see if all axes remain in place. If the manipulator still does not change its position when the motor is powered off, the braking torque is sufficient. The gripper can also be moved to see if further maintenance measures are needed. When a moving KUKA robot is aborted urgently, the brakes help to stop and wear may occur. Therefore, it is necessary to test repeatedly during the life of the machine to check whether the machine maintains its original ability.
