The Fisher V280 is a three-piece, trunnion-style, full-bore control valve that handles all CL900 pressure drops. Optimized pressure, flow, and process control. An optional borehole silencer controls noise and vibration from high-pressure drop liquids and gases. The spline shaft is connected with the actuator, which reduces the movement loss

Superior flow control: Splined shaft-to-actuator connections, dual power end bushing assemblies, and trunnion guidance all contribute to improved dynamic control.

Aerodynamics: The V280 with Aerodome achieves noise reduction of up to -20 dBA in a single-stage construction. The two-stage construction provides noise reduction performance up to -25 dBA.

Increased service life: The noise attenuator is not part of the seal assembly. The seal only touches the surface of the ball and not the noise-reducing cage, increasing its service life.

Structural commonality: All parts are interchangeable. The valve structure can be changed by adding/removing air chamber noise reducers and/or seals. Flexibility to meet your changing needs.

Comprehensive Testing: The valve structure is tested in the laboratory for a full range of CL900 pressure drops and beyond the full life expectancy of the valve's structural cycles and flow rates

Design simplicity: the rear wing is the same regardless of the choice of seals and the number of air chambers.

Acid Service and Acid Crude Capacity: Standard materials of construction meet NACE standard MR0175 / IS 15156

Heavy-duty trunnions: Ball trunnions are suitable for demanding applications that require long service life, low maintenance time, and low cost.

Wide range of hydrodynamic applications: The V280 single- or two-stage denoiser comes with Hydrodome to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. KC values can reach 1.0, depending on operating conditions

Tight Shutdown: Pressure-assisted, self-adjusting seals provide tight shutdown for long-term reliability. The design features a heavy-duty S31600 stainless steel bracket support combination seal for full rated pressure drop applications.
