Introduction: Fisher/Fisher D and DA single seat high pressure valves are widely used in the oil and gas production industry. These valves are particularly suitable for throttling or on/off control of fluids that contain sand, viscous oil and gas, or have a tendency to clog valve trims. DA valves are also suitable for corner lines or other applications that require self-draining valves.
Features:
The robust guiding structure facilitates the positioning of the plug on the seat ring at high differential pressures. The threaded seat ring fits perfectly into the seat ring gasket.
The bonnet/body is threaded and the valve can be serviced with simple tools.
When the valve is used in applications with severe erosion, VTC (ceramic) trims can be used. In addition, a spool with tungsten carbide ends and a seat ring with tungsten carbide embedded in it can also be used.
NACE trim and bolt and nut materials are standard for all applications. The material meets the requirements of NACE MR0175-2002.
