A Remote Display Module (RDM) option is available. The RDM displays the same information and controls as the LDM and provides a patented combination of switching logic that detects the selector switch position on both the LDM and the RDM.
The integrated stroke indication provides quick and intuitive confirmation of the alignment of the plug with each inlet port in the manifold.
The one-piece angle plug is located in the center of the valve body and ensures smooth operation with a full 360-degree stroke from the bonnet to the test outlet. The bonnet helps the plug to be vertically rotated in the valve body, providing a tight seal
Field-adjustable seals/seats are available in a variety of materials to handle adverse conditions. This allows seal adjustment to be made in the field without the need to move the actuator.
The high-pressure differential density can be closed tightly. This dynamic seal prevents leaks and contamination from affecting the test port during mass production.
The leading edge of the rotary seal contains a scraper-style seat that brushes the sealing surfaces inside the manifold. Process debris is removed, allowing the seat to reliably seal each inlet end bore.
